So You Think You Can Cook With Cannabis arrive à Montréal pour sa cinquième édition, et pour la toute première fois au Québec !
Le lundi 22 février 2027, six chefs talentueux du Québec auront l'occasion de démontrer leur créativité, leur savoir-faire et leur passion pour la gastronomie cannabique lors d'une compétition culinaire unique, présentée devant public et filmée pour une production télévisuelle.
L'événement se déroulera au Grozépa Brasserie Urbaine, situé au 5885, avenue Papineau, à Montréal.
Trois catégories. Six chefs. Une compétition.
Les chefs sélectionnés mettront leur talent à l'épreuve dans trois catégories :

Plats salés

Desserts et pâtisserie
-
Mocktails (cocktails sans alcool)
Les créations seront évaluées par un jury composé de professionnels de la gastronomie et de personnalités québécoises.
Cette compétition célèbre l'innovation, la créativité et les talents qui contribuent à faire évoluer l'univers du cannabis culinaire.
Qui peut poser sa candidature ?
Les personnes candidates doivent résider au Québec, être âgées d'au moins 21 ans et posséder des connaissances ou de l'expérience en cuisine, en pâtisserie ou en préparation de boissons.
Une expérience préalable avec le cannabis est bienvenue, mais n'est pas obligatoire.
Les six finalistes devront être disponibles le 22 février 2027 et accepter les conditions officielles de participation, notamment l'utilisation éventuelle de produits de partenaires dans leurs créations, conformément aux exigences applicables.

Through the Canadian Cannabis Tourism Alliance, Cannabis Tourism Chronicles and the annual World Cannabis Tourism Day Summit, her work connects cannabis tourism leaders, operators and innovators from around the world.
